Origin of the reflection
Recourse to morality and civic service allows young people to acquire experience in the associative world which can be useful in particular in the context of a search for a first job. It is generally carried out by volunteers.
Recourse to volunteering makes it possible to welcome young people who come to the aid of the association's groups and the entire AGCE organization, while accomplishing tasks of general interest.
The goal is the civic, sporting, cultural and professional training of the conscripts and volunteers of AGCE, with a view to their integration into the circuits of economic, digital and social development, the consolidation of local solidarity and integration and national, the development of skills for the creation of self-employment activities, alternative employment, the promotion of human and local development initiatives, awareness raising on the protection of the environment and the ecosystem, first aid training and civil protection, the participation of volunteers in work of general interest. We recall that in Cameroon in 2014, there were 1,379 groups of volunteers for a subsidy of 512 million against 861 groups in 2012 for 770 million. In 2012, nearly 6,000 volunteers had been trained as part of the civic service for participation in development.

Steps
In early 2020, there were 13 young volunteers in the AGCE organization spread over several networks including: education and literacy; employment and socio-economic integration; digital culture; culture of peace and conflict management; communication and ICT; the promotion of girls and young women; humanitarian actions; volunteering and the prevention of delinquency among young people; creativity and innovation.
In 2021, this number has increased and little by little, new volunteers are joining the civic and moral service associations groups of AGCE to extend the networks of general interest activities that already exist to new networks such as: health promotion; protection of the environment and biodiversity; sport, arts, recreation, culture and tourism; human rights, the promotion of participation and citizenship; agro-pastoral organizations; disaster prevention; and for good reason, young people volunteers want to follow free training, carry out a socio-economic activity and a service of general interest.
The activities of the WEBSITE of the organization AGCE online are perhaps another trigger of the enthusiasm that volunteers have to be part of the organization of youth groups selected by the local development program of GAJV- SC, which offers a counterpart to volunteers by way of facilitating access to self-employment services for the most part, that of personalizing and dedicating a digital socio-economic platform to their loved activity, which could multiply tenfold returns in the physical field being driven by the web to make them financially independent in a few months, thanks to a digital platform activated online for a minimum period of 2 (two) years, 100% free for the young user administrator. 2026 will be the year of the assessment of the activities of the groups associations selected across Cameroon.
The results
In early 2021, AGCE's association groups had to federate, to counter the effects of COVID-19 on the organization, today with each of its groups, several networks of thirteen volunteers per association group, can count on the he organization is divided into four groups, thus being able to serve as a local model for new groups to come. Each group respects a charter of good conduct in the practice of human and local development of the country, and the regular education sessions allow all the volunteers selected to consolidate their technical and economic autonomy around the exploitation of the activities on the one hand. general interest and on the other hand socioeconomic physical and digital, which is promoted by the Club AGCE ADVANTAGE LIFE STYLE VIP - PRO through the flagship group GAJV-SC.

The teachings
The creation of the GAJV-SC groups / Alternative trade groups - morality and civic services of AGCE, will remain at the territorial level a desire for social solidarity of the members of the Central Committee or Central College of AGCE (CCA), to resort to morality and civic service (MSC) to give young people a great deal of experience in the associative world.
