Steps

The activities of the GEAJ-F Group and according to the general program of the activities of AGCE are interested in the Centers of framing, the framers and the various offers of training.

The main training frameworks targeted are Centers subdivided into 4 categories where young people from AGCE can be supervised: (1) the specialized public reference centers which can only be found in the Center and Littoral regions, (2) the Private technical training centers of AGCE partners that can be found in the districts, (3) the Forums of AGCE groups in each regional capital, (4) the executives of specific training seminars led in workshops in the departments and arrondissements found in the majority of the arrondissements.

But it should be noted that all these frameworks which benefit the youth of AGCE are not functional permanently, only 15% are currently functioning. There are an average of 22 occasional learners per AGCE Executive; this average is highest in the Littoral region. The learners are supervised by qualified volunteers in the field of youth and animation.

There are PCGAs, PGGAs, TVGAs, GCHCRs and GESCO-Ls. They are more than 20 to supervise the young people in formation within the framework of Groups of AGCE (GA). Several disciplines are offered in the GEAJ-F.

The results

The Executive group of the GEAJ-F Group develops multiple activities with the common thread “the empowerment of disadvantaged local and foreign layers of Cameroon”. It is determined to set up outings in educational terms supervising and supporting young people from external public and private establishments, as well as young people requesting funding who wish to submit a project file for socioeconomic activities in this direction with a structure from AGCE. Exchange meetings around the activities that have been the subject of their practical technical training and the learner-trainer relationship are held 4 times a month, to monitor the level of involvement of each in the commitment to be taken into account in order to become a young self-employed person. Hikes with a nature and meal guide, aiming at the activity of a successful company on arrival, which respects the standards of the distribution of tasks and carries out activities around the production of services, risk prevention work and transmission of internal information ... offer young people the opening of an innovative financial partnership, which is necessary to ensure the stability of the groups which are now going from 4 (four) registered (member) s) to 13 (thirteen) members and from 4 AGCE groups to several rural groups per year, in the Center and Littoral region.

In 2022-2024, the current status of a supervision and support group could enlarge the youth and animation frameworks to allow AGCE youth and animation centers to appear in the 10 regions of the countries, and thus modify the architecture of the framework by the results returned by the group's activities on the rural population and Slums. Thanks to the partnership with the AGCE Committees and Commissions, the GEAJ-F group will forge links with other local and international associations to leverage.

The teachings

The survival and development of the GEAJ-F group “Pools” expert resources and rural human resources (HR), by opening up its educational and support activity to the rural public through a reorganization of the structure of GEAJ-F / AGCE projects according to this parameter established on youth and animation. The registrants (members) observe their environment better today and can identify needs that they have been able to satisfy in the Executive group of the GEAJ-F Group. This youth will now be able to find a unifying project in the region and funding will follow. In order for AGCE to remain a place of exchange between activist members and other rural people, the groups ensure that the families of rural members remain numerous enough among the members and officials to contribute, a minimum number of rural members. among the members of the office is specified in the statutes of the NGO AGCE.
