Origin of the reflection

In 2015, the policy of the organization AGCE has a first objective, it aims to end poverty in Cameroon, especially among disadvantaged young people and the most vulnerable layers with access to self-employment and to health: women and children.
As the fight against poverty is closely linked to the prevention of the risk of exclusion, the LCP group aims to meet the challenges of the first objective of sustainable development by 2026; this in consultation with all national players in the field: associations and users.
Since October 11, 2019, special attention has been paid to the prevention and fight against poverty among women and children, which will be reflected in a dedicated plan from 2019, following a wide consultation of stakeholders. The implementation of the 2019-2023 plan to fight against poverty and for the inclusion of underprivileged youth, men, women and children has enabled many advances with, in particular, the exceptional enhancement of knowledge and socioeconomic deployment. resources available through alternative self-employment activities with a sustainable evolutionary income, members of active solidarity placed in projects, experimentation then, the generalization of the guarantee of the rights of young people to gain their financial independence in a short time time, the creation of the activity bonus, the expansion and strengthening of the capacity of additional physical and digital training managers and assistance in the acquisition of additional supervision and the strengthening of the right to account banking. Measures to guarantee access to simplified rights of activities have been implemented. Thus, the online simulator offers multi-benefits "social rights," it now allows anyone to know the main socioeconomic benefits to which they are likely to be entitled.

Steps
Created in 2019, the LCP group brings together 50 local groups and associations (Travail et Vie, Palais du gout, Ponty-Cameroon, GCHCR-CR, etc.). It is a framework for reflection and inter-association exchanges on poverty and exclusion, and the best means of combating it on Cameroonian territory.
Born in 2019, the LCP is a network of 150 small private associations (groups) in development which aims to integrate public organizations open to sharing and exchanges with the LCP group which intends to manage nearly 15,000 partners and services providing public service mission on the Platform of the AGCE Organization by 2026: reception, domain accommodation, professional and socio-economic integration, access to housing and employment. These structures offer a variety of integration solutions thanks to a dynamic organization at the practical technical level in the region and nationally.
As part of the consultation launched for the fight against poverty among women and children, three thematic working groups were organized, supplemented by five hearings of experts and more than one hundred contributions from members of the association. from 2019-2021. These three groups worked on their objectives, values, projects upstream of their creation, with the leaders of the LCP group of AGCE. On May 26, 2021, the group / Travail et Vie Groupe AGCE (TVGA) was improved, and the new version of the project allows the opening to welcome, train, place in self-employment more than 56,000 young people and to cover more than 13.5 ha of land area per region, and which is starting in the department of NKAM, Littoral-Cameroon region.
Today, 2/3 of the active members administer an association group of AGCE to fight against poverty in all its forms in Cameroon.
The results
The LCP / AGCE today brings together three of the Groups / AGCE ADVANTAGE LIFE VIP and PRO which constitutes a Club of very Active members, therefore, two female groups and one male group, an organic agriculture / poultry, livestock, food and agro-farming group. food, two artisanal and commercial groups are in operation. In 2021, the AGCE Organization was forced to renew 1/3 of its group directors.
This mix of audiences creates an openness to different techniques and to exchanges of practices and references, in particular between AGCE members and those from the AGCE ADVANTAGE LIFE STYLE VIP - PRO Club. For example: on training and communication activities with outlets for digital professions and its economy, diagnostics of product services resulting from the transformation and maintenance of soils, plant food covers and online sales and live ... Training is carried out jointly (for example: on direct and online communication techniques, on products and practical technical supports focused on self-employment solutions as human development alternatives offered by multi-service websites of the AGCE organization, and interactive software for the management of all types of economic activities and structures of studies, dialogue and training or even reception: portals welcoming registrants (member ( e) s), and partners' website, which are developed by AGCE technicians). LCP / AGCE conducts actions with multiple parameters of remote partnerships (development of digital services, promotion of jobs for young users of AGCE website activities to properly inform and educate consumers, communities, local communities and international on the resources and projects of AGCE groups in the country of Cameroon…).
Within the next (5) five years, recognition of this ability to bring together different remote and local groups to fight against poverty in all its forms in Cameroon will lead to the conduct by the LCP / AGCE of a multitude of large-scale multi-partnership projects within the framework of the Local and National Development Contract, with local elected officials and the public of their rural and community area of the country, with the promotion of the economy of sustainable self-employment in all fields: agriculture, livestock, food, economic, health, humanitarian, legal, book publishing, beauty, body and body care the spirit, sporting, social, cultural, environmental hygiene, educational; through digital culture, art, health and education for the fight against poverty, access to basic services, reduction of the proportion of poor workers and of the most vulnerable people, especially women and children in Cameroon.
The teachings
In 2021, the LCP / AGCE through the TVAG project starts with livestock and rural agriculture on an area of 13.5 ha, located in the Littoral-Cameroon region, it will be understood in the 9 regions of the country. where each young beneficiary will obtain a visible model of the TVAG project at the micro level, to learn, work and leverage in order to participate in the economic development of the locality where he lives with his contemporaries.
The activities of this concept, are defended by the organization AGCE and are visible, exploitable online on the multi-prestions platform and in the physical and could inform the public, share knowledge, publish economic resources of the defended and administered sectors on Activity niches of the TVAG project platforms remotely, face-to-face and deferred. So that the reception in our organization of groups from various backgrounds works, and that the mission of the LCP achieves the first objective resulting from the policy of the organization AGCE by 2026, together let's build on the state of mind openness that exists on both sides among our members and members, welcoming perspectives, and for groups entering the AGCE organization.
The fact that the culture, the values, the project of the incoming groups have been worked on upstream by AGCE technicians has made it possible to act today in this program of activities and will continue to promote the success of their integration into the 'organization of global humanitarian and development actions, AGCE International, and its membership club, active loyalty members, "AGCE ADVANTAGE LIFE VIP and PRO".
